This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users may cancel an order placed through Pharny, as well as the obligations of partner pharmacies and the platform.
Pharny is a pharmaceutical marketplace allowing pharmacies to publish and sell their products. All final decisions regarding cancellations depend on the pharmacy, in compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations.
Pharny serves as a technical intermediary, ensuring the centralization of payments before redistribution.
A user may request the cancellation of an order if:
Cancellation is immediate and fully refundable when:
The pharmacy has not yet confirmed the order,
Products are not yet prepared.
Cancellation may be refused depending on:
the type of product,
preparation status,
local regulations (certain items cannot be canceled once processed).
The pharmacy decides whether cancellation is permitted.
In compliance with pharmaceutical standards:
Medicines,
Temperature-sensitive products,
Opened or unsealed items,
Blood units and blood-derived products.
These items cannot be canceled after confirmation or preparation.
A pharmacy may cancel an order if:
a product is out of stock,
a product is recalled (pharmacovigilance),
a provided prescription is invalid or non-compliant,
delivery is operationally impossible.
A full refund applies.
Pharny may cancel an order if:
the pharmacy does not confirm on time,
a payment issue occurs,
fraud or non-compliance is suspected.
Refunds are:
processed by Pharny via the same payment method used,
issued within 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank or mobile money operator,
subject to pharmacy policies for non-refundable items.
Before confirmation: no fees.
After confirmation: fees may apply if preparation has already started.
Due to strict medical regulations:
blood orders are never cancellable or refundable after validation.
