This Shipping Policy outlines how products ordered through Pharny are delivered. It applies to users, partner pharmacies, and integrated delivery providers.


1. Pharny's Role in Shipping

Pharny is a pharmaceutical marketplace.
Shipping is carried out by:

  • the partner pharmacy,

  • a certified delivery service integrated into Pharny,

  • or a third-party logistics provider approved by Pharny.

Pharny coordinates but does not physically deliver the products.


2. Delivery Areas

Delivery availability depends on:

  • the location of the partner pharmacy,

  • transport provider availability,

  • local regulations regarding pharmaceutical transport.

Each pharmacy defines its delivery zones, visible in the application.


3. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • distance,

  • product availability,

  • medical constraints (cold chain, prescription verification, etc.).

General estimates:

  • Local delivery: 1–4 hours.

  • In-city delivery: same day.

  • Intercity delivery: 24–72 hours (if available).

4. Special Handling Items

4.1. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Transport requires controlled temperature solutions.

4.2. Regulated Medicines

Delivery requires a valid prescription if mandated by law.

4.3. Blood Products

  • Transport by authorized carriers only,

  • Strict cold-chain compliance,

  • Priority and ultra-fast delivery.


5. Shipping Fees

Fees depend on:

  • distance,

  • product category,

  • pharmacy or carrier rates.

Pharny always displays shipping costs before checkout.


6. Tracking

Users can track their order via:

  • the Pharny app,

  • SMS or push notifications,

  • tracking number provided by the pharmacy or carrier.


7. Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • unreachable customer,

  • compromised product conditions (ex.: cold chain broken).

In such cases:

  • the order may return to the pharmacy,

  • extra fees may apply,

  • some items cannot be refunded (medicines, thermosensitive items, blood).


8. Order Reception

Customers must check:

  • product condition,

  • order accuracy,

  • expiration dates.

9. Prescription-Required Deliveries

For items requiring a prescription:

  • users must upload the prescription in the app,

  • the pharmacy validates or rejects the order,

  • delivery is only carried out after compliance checks.
